In accordance with Part 5 of Article 11 of the Law, this certificate is issued by the central executive body implementing state policy in the field of intellectual property (State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine).\nLLC \"ILIFE\" owns the copyrights to the copyright objects - the computer program \"MedAir\" (Certificate of registration of copyright for the work No. 63361 dated 12/30/2015) and the computer program \"Software for cryptographic information protection \"CryptosGatePlas\" (Certificate of registration of copyright for the work No. 45278 dated 08/21/2012). TOB \"Ilife\" produces, ensures the implementation and adaptation of a medical information system in healthcare institutions using the specified copyright objects.\nDuring 2023-2025, the KNP CPMD No. 4 of the KHARKIV DISTRICT used the medical information system \"MedAir\" and the software tool for cryptographic information protection \"Cryptos Gate Plus\" on the basis of Agreements No. SG-1023/03 dated 10/31/2023, No. SG-0124/91 dated 01/16/2024, SG-0125/72 dated 01/10/2025 signed with LLC \"Ilife\".\nConsidering that the Hospital employees have been trained in working with the MedAir medical information system, the system is protected in accordance with national requirements for information protection (Certificate of Conformity No. 21384 dated 02.04.2020) and during 2023-2025, a database of patients of the region and their medical information was formed, there is a need to further expand the use of the MedAir medical information system and the Cryptos Gate Plus cryptographic information protection software. Considering that further adaptation and implementation of the MedAir medical information system can be carried out exclusively by ILIFE LLC as the owner of the exclusive property rights of the Medical Program.
