technical reasons, which must be documented by the customer:\n\nIn accordance with Article 74 of the Law of Ukraine \"On Electronic Communications\" dated December 16, 2020 No. 1089-\u0418\u0425 national numbering plan and this Law. The numbering resource is considered to be granted to business entities entered in the register of providers of electronic communications networks and services, as well as to other persons in accordance with this Law (the user of the numbering resource) for a period of five years (unless a shorter period is specified by the applicant), and in the case of its use for the provision of interpersonal electronic communications services using radio frequencies - for a period not less than the term of the relevant license for the use of the radio frequency spectrum (unless a shorter period is specified by the applicant).
